Symmetrics Engineering design capabilities range from manual assembly equipment to bulk handling machinery and plant layout. Our expert use of 3D solid modelling CAD software allows fast and efficient, cost effective design generation. We pride ourselves on creative yet practical design solutions and work closely with customers to ensure design requirements are met.

Automation Equipment Design

Assembly automation design is a strength of Symmetrics Engineering. We have experience with complete robot automation assembly facilities including end of arm tooling and automated assembly equipment. We work towards designing robust and easy to maintain assembly equipment. We understand how important process capability is to modern manufacturing and will prototype and test risky design elements where required.

Mechanical Engineering

Innovation and creativeness are not the only ingredients to a successful mechanical design. Engineering analysis of loads and component stresses is essential not just for minimising machinery costs but ensuring a safe design which is compliant with Australian standards and design codes. Symmetrics Engineering have mechanical engineering qualifications and experience to undertake the necessary calculations for your mechanical design projects.

Project Management

Resources often aren't available in house to manage a project from concept design through to installation and commissioning. Symmetrics Engineering have more than ten years experience building and commissioning world class machinery and equipment. We are able to get the job done in a project management capacity by managing the construction of the equipment we design.
